What does the icon beside a domain mean?
Red means the domain is registered, green means not registered, and neutral means registration is unconfirmed. Open the icon for the registrar, registration and expiry dates, DNSSEC, registrant country, nameservers, and domain status where available. Icon colours do not assess SEO quality. Valid saved results appear immediately on page reload. “Check again” requests a registration update once the waiting period ends. Confirm an unregistered domain with a registrar before ordering.
What changes when I buy a different package?
Tokens from a successful purchase are added to your remaining balance. Your active package and domains per submission follow the package from the most recently processed payment. Device limits follow your package and account settings. Buying a smaller package can lower your account limits. Your existing token balance remains.
For example, an Agency account that later buys Basic will use Basic limits once that payment is processed. Check package capacity before purchasing.
Does checking the same domain use tokens again?
Each successful core metric check costs 1 token per domain. A backlink check costs 3 tokens per domain. These charges still apply when existing results are reused.
Traffic details cost 10 tokens per domain to unlock access. Reopening the same domain on the same account has no additional cost while access is valid. After the period ends, unlocking access again uses tokens.
How long are results and history available?
Domain results, registration summaries, check logs, shared links, and traffic access follow a shared seven-day period. The schedule is the same for all users, rather than seven full days after each check. Results and access from the previous period expire when the period changes. Export results if you need a long-term report.
Annual activity summaries are stored separately and remain available when result periods change, including activity from previous years. These summaries record activity counts, not complete domain result archives. Your token balance does not expire when the period changes.
What if results are incomplete or a payment has a problem?
Metric availability varies by domain. Missing results or differences from source services do not always mean a check failed. Review result messages and your token usage history. If your balance or payment looks incorrect, contact support with the transaction reference, relevant domain, and time of the incident. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens remain in your account until used, with no time limit.
What does a core check cost?
1 token for one domain check covering BMR, DR, DA, PA, Spam Score, domain age, server IP, and registration status.
Does one check include every metric?
Core metrics: BMR, DR, DA, PA, Spam Score, domain age, server IP, and registration status are all included for 1 token.
Additional analyses use separate tokens at the following rates.
- Traffic details (estimated organic traffic, keywords, countries, and top pages) 10 tokens per domain.
- Backlink check - 3 tokens per domain.
How many devices can access one account?
This depends on your package:
- Basic - 2 devices
- Pro - 5 devices
- Agency - Unlimited devices
- Free - 1 device
How do I pay?
Choose an available payment method at checkout. For QRIS, use a supported digital wallet or banking app. Tokens are added after payment is verified.
